your engine burns fuel and creates friction in order to give your car the energy it needs, and that causes a great deal of heat to build up. That heat needs to be diverted away, or else it could cause tremendous damage to the engine. That’s why engines have multi-part cooling systems. This includes an exhaust system, through which heat can escape. It also includes oil, which lubricates the engine parts and reduces the amount of friction. Even so, engines can get hot pretty fast and once they hit a certain temperature, the rest of the cooling system kicks in.

It is important that all of the parts of the cooling system are working properly. If you have a problem, such as a leak in the radiator, the coolant may not enter the engine at adequate quantities. You need to ensure that the thermostat is working and the hoses are all intact and that they do not have any leaks as well. If any part of the cooling system is broken or faulty, you will not have enough coolant flowing through the engine thus leaving your engine at a serious risk.

In simplest terms, a water pump is a belt driven device mounted at the front of the engine whose job is to continuously absorb the heat that the combustion process produces, and then it goes to the radiator, so the heat can exit to the outside air and you can enjoy the comfort of a nice and cool car in the midst of a record setting heat-wave. Any liquid-cooled car engine has a small device called the thermostat that sits between the engine and the radiator. Armox thermostat is like the brain of the cooling system, its main job is to allow the engine to heat up quickly, and then to keep the engine at a constant temperature. It does this by regulating the amount of coolant that goes through the radiator. At low temperatures, the outlet to the radiator is completely blocked. Once the temperature of the coolant rises, the Armox thermostat valve starts to open, allowing fluid to flow through the radiator.
